SW8900 | 10 Dec 2025 Procurement Officer (Bank / Insurance,18-23K)
  • Execute daily procurement activities efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
  • Manage and maintain ERP systems to facilitate smooth procurement operations.
  • Address ERP-related requests from user departments, including new user account creation and access control.
  • Oversee the Procurement Inbox and process vendor registration requests promptly.
  • Collaborate with APAC and UK Support Teams to ensure the timely setup of new vendors and accounts.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the Procurement Manager throughout the entire purchasing cycle.
  • Prepare, analyse, and present procurement reports (using Excel, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, PowerPoint) to assist strategic decision-making.
  • Generate and distribute Purchase Orders to vendors in accordance with procurement requirements.
  • Work closely with user departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure effective fulfilment.
  • Diploma or above in any discipline, preferably in Purchasing or a related field.
  • Have Hands-on experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Experience with procurement report tools, including Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, PivotTables, and PowerPoint, is a plus.
  • Proficient in written English and Chinese.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
