Customer Service & Helpdesk Support
- Provide Tier 1 IT support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Stay informed about basic AI tools and industry trends to offer effective support to the team.
- Collaborate with team members and end-users as required.
- Diploma or higher qualification in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of IT support experience; fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and related technologies.
- Basic understanding of AI concepts and tools.
- Proactive, mature, meticulous, and willing to accept challenges.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, along with good interpersonal skills, analytical abilities, and a strong sense of responsibility.
