Junior Helpdesk Support
- Assit with Tier 1 IT support for end-users via email, phone and ticketing system.
- Provide solutions to troubleshoot technical issues reported by end-users.
- Stay updated on basic AI tools to provide insights and training to the team.
- Perform ad-hoc and additional tasks as required.
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of IT support experience, customer service or related fields; fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, AI, mobile devices etc.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good analytical abilities and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
