Senior Network Support Engineer (CCNA, 25-35K)
- Provide Level 1 to 2 technical support for network configuration.
- Support with network connectivity (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN etc.).
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of PC, printer and mobile device etc.
- Provide expert guidance for complex technical issues.
- Coordinate with backend infrastructure, network and application teams.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents, effective problem management, and fulfillment of service requests.
- Maintain accurate asset inventories and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields.
- 3+ years relevant experience in IT support field.
- Holder of CCNA certification and relevant qualification is required.
- Strong experience in supporting technical issues of Windows OS, O365/M365, TCP/IP, switching etc.
- Experienced in infrastructure and application support will be advanced.
- Hong Kong Permanent Resident, IANG / TTPS / QMAS Visa holders are welcome.
- Good communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
