Junior Deskside Support Engineer (17-23k)
- Provide hands-on and remote technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Resolve common IT problems, including connectivity issues, printer setup, peripheral devices, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
- Install, configure, and upgrade desktop/laptop hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
- Document support tickets, resolutions, and inventory in the ticketing system.
- Assist with IT asset management, including tracking hardware and software licenses.
- Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, and related fields.
- 2 years+ relevant experience in IT support, helpdesk and similar role.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and common hardware components.
- Experience in supporting issues of Windows, O365/M365, mobile devices.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
- Immediate availability will be an advantage.
