Junior Infrastructure / Network Engineer (CCNA, 22-32K)
- Perform basic to intermediate network configuration and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with backend infrastructure, network, and application teams as needed.
- Maintain asset records, documentation, and support procedures.
- Prepare periodic reports on support performance, issues, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in monitoring network performance and security.
- Support implementation of network maintenance and upgrades.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance technical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, networking, or a computer science-related discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in IT networking.
- CCNA certification is required.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, routing & switching).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication in Mandarin and Cantonese, Good communication skills in English.
- Hong Kong Permanent Resident, IANG / TTPS / QMAS Visa holders are welcome.
