Oracle / Backend Developer (PL/SQL, Bank, 35-50K)
- Perform application and database programming for business application systems.
- Provide ongoing support for mission-critical application systems.
- Coordinate with users on business requirement collection and analysis.
- Assist in user acceptance testing and quality assurance tasks.
- Prepare technical and programming documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in financial application systems development.
- Solid programming experience in .NET, Java, and Crystal Reports.
- Strong technical expertise in Oracle database programming, including extensive experience in developing and managing PL/SQL stored procedures.
- Knowledge of SWIFT Message Standards, XML, JSON, and OpenAPI is a plus.
- Knowledge of the operation of local and overseas central securities depositories and related workflows is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good command of both English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
