Junior IT Support Engineer (Finance/Bank, 17-22K)
- Provide first and second-level technical support for end users, covering computer hardware, operating systems, network connectivity, and software applications.
- Maintain and support end-user computing environments, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and associated peripherals.
- Manage core Microsoft workplace technologies, including M365 or O365 platform (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with the service desk to deliver support (via phone, email, ticketing system).
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
- Document supports tickets and inventory in the ticketing system.
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 1 year relevant experience in IT support, helpdesk or similar role.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and common network issues.
- Experience in supporting issues of Windows, O365/M365, mobile devices.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
- Immediate availability will be an advantage.
- 5-day Work Week
- 17-22K Depends on Experience
- 10-20 Days Annual Leave
