System Analyst (Cloud, Government, 60-70K)
- Assist in system analysis and design for the ongoing development of cloud-based system modules, data interfaces, and data analytics platforms to support evolving primary health initiatives.
- Work with users to gather, analyze, and finalize requirement specifications and overall system design.
- Ensure quality assurance, identify support requirements for users, and provide expert-level assistance.
- Supervise the offshore development team and collaborate with internal IT teams to deliver end-to-end support throughout the product lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Networking, or related discipline.
- At least 6 years of professional experience, including 3 years in system analysis, design, and development of cloud-native applications.
- Demonstrated experience building large-scale web applications on cloud platforms using Spring Boot, NestJS/Node.js, and React.js.
- Practical experience working with application servers like RedHat OpenShift.
- Strong skills in Java (Artifactory, Maven), React.js (NPM), and deployment tools.
- Experience with hybrid cloud development, such as connecting AWS or Azure with private cloud environments.
- Preferably, experience developing system modules that support clinical workflows or relevant healthcare IT expertise.
- Significant background in developing clinical products and associated system modules.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Skilled at handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- 60-70K Depends on Experience
