Business Operation Support (20-26K)
- Assisting with the familiarization of operators, including updating menus and promotions. Helping operators become familiar with the operator’s portal and dashboard, as well as any other services deemed necessary by the Contractor.
- Providing on-site and off-site training to operators, along with training materials and FAQs.
- Handling disputes regarding settlements with tenants and liaising with payment service providers.
- Coordinating and liaising with different parties, including tenants, the customer service team, the technical support team, and payment service providers of the systems.
- Working closely with the team to define system-related workflows and processes for operations, as well as the business continuity plan and contingency plan.
- Assisting with reporting services as requested.
- Assisting with content updates for the systems, including promotional messages, email templates, and SMS templates.
- Providing daily operational support for hardware and tenant-related devices.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of IT support or similar experience.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems technologies.
- Experience with ticketing terminals, kiosks, POS, or troubleshooting is a plus.
- Proactivity, maturity, meticulousness, readiness to accept challenges, capability in multitasking and independence at work.
- Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good analytical ability and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
