SW8936 | 06 Mar 2026 Middleware Specialist (MQ, WebSphere, Bank / Finance)
  • Support, configure, and maintain middleware technologies, including IBM MQ, IBM HTTP Server (IHS), and WebSphere Application Server.
  • Ensure high availability, optimal performance, and security of middleware platforms.
  • Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Implement upgrades, patches, and perform performance tuning.
  • Provide basic Linux OS support for middleware environments.
  • Document processes, configurations, and operational procedures.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in middleware administration and support.
  • Hands-on experience with MQ, IHS, and WebSphere is essential.
  • Exposure to modern messaging and caching technologies such as Redis, Kafka, and RocketMQ will be a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) is highly appreciated.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience in the banking and finance industry is an advantage.
  • Proficient in communication in Chinese and English.
  • 50-60K Depends on Experience
  • 10-20 Days Annual Leave
