Senior Deskside Support Engineer (25-30k)
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware to users.
- Provide first-level support for network, desktop hardware, and software problems.
- Open service tickets, set priorities, and assign tasks to support engineers.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve IT-related issues (e.g. Office 365 authentication, Outlook, OneDrive, Excel, Teams and SharePoint etc.).
- Handle email messages from customers seeking help.
- Ask questions to determine the nature of problems and guide customers through troubleshooting steps.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved.
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of PC and mobile device services.
- Install new printers, PC hardware, and software.
- Reconfigure PC hardware, printers, and software due to office relocations.
- Support VPN clients, mobile devices, and network access.
- Assist with Windows 10 upgrades and software deployment.
- Build PCs for new joiners or via SCCM for existing PCs.
- Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence and related fields.
- 5 years relevant experience of IT support.
- Solid experience in supporting issues of Windows, O365/M365, MDM and account administration.
- Strong problem-solving abilities in desktop aspect.
- Good communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
