SW8857 | 10 Apr 2026 Quality Assurance (AI, 25-35K)
  • Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to integrate Generative AI and RAG models into production environments.
  • Develop and maintain secure, high-performance full-stack web applications across front-end and back-end layers.
  • Architect and manage CI/CD pipelines incorporating automated testing, security scanning, and multi-environment deployments.
  • Diagnose production issues and conduct root-cause analysis to ensure long-term system reliability.
  • Engage in Agile ceremonies to provide precise effort estimates and maintain stakeholder alignment.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, APIs, and deployment processes to ensure audit readiness.
  • Monitor emerging technology trends and implement industry best practices within the development team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of QA testing experience, with proficiency in Cypress, Selenium, or Playwright.
  • Hands-on experience with Test Management tools such as TestRail or Zephyr.
  • Mandatory technical proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node.js, and Postgres.
  • Strongly prefer candidates with AI Governance experience (e.g., AI guardrails, RAGAS, Promptfoo, or LangSmith).
  • Proven ability to build GitLab CI/Jenkins pipelines, covering automated testing and container builds.
  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes orchestration and integrating AI/ML models (LangChain, PyTorch) into microservices.
  • Experience in international teams or the financial services sector is highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
