Lead Consultant, System
- Provide technical support to both backend and frontend environment by coordinating with team members
- Provide infrastructure support for UNIX Server and SAN Storage (installation, upgrade and configuration)
- Perform problem isolation and fixing when error occurs
- Coordinate with vendor on software and hardware maintenance support and upgrade
- Conduct preventive maintenance, disaster recovery drill, security patches, security audit and follow up
- Assist in procurement license renewal and maintenance extension
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline
- At least 6 years of working experience in UNIX system administration and support
- At least 6 years of experience in SAN storage. Administration
- Basic Knowledge in IBM Message Queue, Tivoli Workload Scheduler, or Hardware security module (HSM)
- Basic knowledge in Symantec VCS (Veritas Cluster Server) and Oracle Database
- Willing to work on roaster basis
- Detail oriented, able to work independently
- Good interpersonal skill, able to work with different parties
- Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Hands-on support experience on EMC SAN device of EMC DMX3 is highly preferable
- Holder of UNIX Administration Certification will be an advantage
