Senior System Engineer (Active Directory)
- Maintain Windows server and OS systems , install new software releases, system upgrades, evaluate and install patches, resolve software and OS related problem, provide troubleshooting if needed
- Provide on-going system support, installation and provide evaluation on Business systems/server platform
- Administer, document and maintain the Active Directory and other information systems of the department
- Involve in tactical and strategic input on overall network planning and related projects
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures and associated training plans for System administration and usage
- Install new software releases, system upgrades; evaluate and install patches and resolve software and OS related problems
- Perform Software and hardware improvements, upgrades, patches, reconfigurations
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related discipline;
- Minimum 3-5 years IT working experience
- Hands-on technical support experience in MS Active Directory Administration is highly preferred (Window Domain Group policies and Administration)
- Experience on Troubleshooting with Windows server (2003, 2008, and 2012) platforms
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN and WAN to troubleshoot, address server issues
- Experience with backup and recovery tools/software
