Helpdesk Support Specialist
- Provide on-time 1st tier technical support to end-user via phone and email
- Log all reported technical enquires and escalate to 2nd tier support if needed
- Perform remote IT trouble-shooting and quick fix according to user’s request
- Diploma or above in Information and Technology or other related disciplines
- 0-2 years working experience in IT field, preferable with remote support experience
- Basic knowledge in PC operation system and core desktop software, such as MS Office
- Strong interpersonal skill with good telephone manner
- Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Various vacancies and working locations: Kwun Tong, Tseung Kwan O, Cheung Sha Wan, Wan Chai, Sheung Wan, Central, Quarry Bay, Fortress Hill, Tai Po, Sha Tin
