  • Coordinate the IMAC (Install, Move, Add, and Change) Project for back office
  • Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to make sure project roll out on time
  • Monitoring the progress of the IT projects and acknowledging team suggestions
  • Update the project progress and escalate the project incident to Project Manager
  • Diploma or above in Information and Technology or other related disciplines
  • 1 -2 years of working experience in Project Coordination, preferable in IT field
  • Basic knowledge in PC and core software such as MS Office is preferable
  • Good interpersonal skill, able to maintain good relationship with different parties
  • Detail oriented with good analytic skill
  • Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
