Deskside Support Engineer
- Provide on-site technical support to internal users
- Log all the IT incident and provide on-time technical solution to useres
- Troubleshoot general PC and core software
- Perform both software and hardware installation and configuration
- Escalate users’ enquires to 2nd tier support if needed
- Diploma or above in Information and Technology or other related disciplines
- 0-2 years of experience in IT support field, preferable with deskside support experiences
- Good knowledge in general PC operation system and core desktop applications (such as MS Office)
- Basic knowledge in mobile devices support area (including cell phone, tablet or laptop)
- Strong interpersonal skill with customer oriented personality
- Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Fresh grads are also welcome, candidates with more experience can be consider as Deskside Support Advisory and VIP Support Specialist
