ERP Specialist
- Manage Event Management System (EMS) and other ERP projects and oversee implementations for on time delivery
- Gather and analyze business requirements from users, coordinate with users to identify the problem in business process, and work out the functional requirement
- Coordinate with vendor on functional requirement specification, gap analysis, system design specifications, data conversion, training, SIT, UAT, roll-out
- Ensure the quality of deliverables from vendor
- Prepare project documentations
- Provide technical and consultative advice, handle user enquiries both local and overseas
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related discipline
- 5-7 years of experience in system support or application development, experience in ERP system implementation is highly preferred
- Knowledge in Oracle PL /SQL, Oracle RDBMS, MS SQL Server is preferable
- Solid knowledge in Windows platforms
- Experience in vendor management
- Oracle Enterprise Architecture technical experience would be an advantage
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior System Analyst
