  • Perform daily LAN Administration work
  • Supporting standard OA applications, desktop software application and email system
  • Provide support to Windows system services, such as DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, and e-Leave;
  • Managing centralized backup system
  • Conduct disaster recovery for OA systems and mail services
  • Manage Endpoint Protection, Virus Definitions and Security Updates
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and configuration problems in PCs, notebooks and network printers
  • Higher Diploma or above in Information technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Hands on experience in Deskside / Server Support Services, preferable with working experience for Government Departments
  • Lotus Notes and Domino 9 or above qualification
  • MCSE or MCITP holder would be an advantage
  • Holders of IBM Certified System Administrator would be an advantage
