Application /System Support specialist
- Perform system infrastructure setup, configuration, support and maintenance for the global and regional team, e.g. servers, storage and network
- Maintain and manage the upgrade of system Infrastructure
- Monitor system services healthiness
- Configuration, support and maintenance of system infrastructure to perform deployment of software, security patches, reporting and new build delivery via SCCM.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant IT experience in regional support
- At least 3 years of strong software application deployment knowledge with proven experience in supporting large enterprise environment.
- Knowledge of Operating System Deployments, Security Patching , Application Deployments is essential
- Basic Knowledge in Storage, and Network Technologies
- In-depth knowledge in Windows server and desktop OS, and database server.
- Knowledge of SCCM and scripting/development e.g. VB script, PowerShell will be advantage
