Senior Network Specialist
- Manage daily network support operations in multiple facilities
- Develops network policies and standard operation procedures for 7x24 support operations
- Manage vendor contracts and deliverables
- Provide guidance on troubleshooting and configuration management of large-scale Cisco networks
- Assist in architecture and design of enterprise networks
- Assist in planning, design and implementation of new/expansion projects
- Provide training and coaching to the team members
- Diploma or above in Computer Science and other related disciplines
- At least 5 years of relevant enterprise IT network experience
- At least 2 years in hands-on and full-time Cisco network troubleshooting and implementation
- Hands-on experiences on Cisco VLAN, Firewall, VPN, port security, wireless controllers, and redundant setup
- Experience in large scale network monitoring setup and operation
- Possess CCNP/CCIE or relevant network certification
