Technical Support Engineer
- Provide IT support to end-user including PC, core applications and email system
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and configuration problems in PCs, notebooks and network printers
- Work closely with team members to ensure technical support services can exceed SLA standard
- Escalate problem to 2nd tier support if need
- Diploma or above in Information technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Hands on experience IT industry, preferable with working experience for end-user support
- Good team member, able to work independently
- Good command both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Holder of MCSE / MCITP will be an advantage but not a must
- Holder of Louts Note 9 or above certification will be an advantage
- Candidate with more experience will be consider as Senior Deskside Support
