  • Provide daily technical support to internal users with SLA standard
  • Perform both software / hardware installation and upgrade
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and provide solution to desktop problems for end-users
  • Escalate problems to server / network / application teams if needed
  • Diploma or above in Information Technology / Computer Science or other related disciplines
  • 1 - 2 years experience in IT field, preferable with hands on end-users support experience
  • In-depth knowledge in desktop maintenance, candidate with experience in supporting other office equipments will be an advantages
  • Good command in core desktop software such as MS Office
  • A good team player with good interpersonal skill
  • Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
