  • Manage daily network support operations in multiple facilities
  • Manage vendor contracts and deliverables
  • Provide guidance on troubleshooting and configuration management of large-scale Cisco networks
  • Develops network policies and standard operation procedures
  • Provide training and coaching to the team members
  • Assist in architecture and design of enterprise networks
  • Assist in planning, design and implementation of new/expansion projects
  • Degree or above in Computer Science and other related disciplines
  • At least 8 years of relevant enterprise IT network experience
  • At least 5 years project management experiences on Cisco VLAN, Firewall, VPN, port security, wireless controllers, and redundant setup
  • At least 3 years in hands-on and full-time Cisco network troubleshooting and implementation
  • Experience in large scale network monitoring setup and operation
  • Possess CCNP/CCIE or relevant network certification
