  • Provide daily technical support and solution to internal users
  • Perform both hardware / software installation and upgrade upon to users’ request
  • Support and troubleshoot general office equipment such as desktop, network printer, IP Phone
  • Escalate the problem to infra team if needed
  • Diploma or above in Information and Technology / Computer Science or other relate discipline
  • 0-2 years of experience in IT field, preferably with hands on technical support experience
  • Familiar with PC support and maintenance, candidate with knowledge of mobile devices will be an advantage
  • Basic knowledge in Win 7 / Win 10 OS support
  • Customer oriented with good interpersonal skill
  • Various working location: Kowloon Bay, Kwun Tong, Cheung Sha Wan, Quarry Bay, Fortress Hill, Central, Sheung Wan, Cyberport
  • Candidate with more experience will be consider as Senior IT Support Engineer
