  • Provide daily technical support to VIP users with professional standard
  • Perform both software / hardware installation and upgrade
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and provide solution to desktop problems for end-users
  • Work as 2nd tier support and handles escalation cases referred by 1st tier staff
  • Provide technical training to team members
  • Diploma or above in Information Technology / Computer Science or other related disciplines
  • At least 3 years hands on experience in deskside support
  • In-depth knowledge in desktop maintenance and core desktop software
  • Excellent interpersonal skill and customer oriented
  • Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Candidate with more experience will be consider as Team Leader role
