Middleware Support Specialist
- Maintain Middleware Messaging products and services and support client applications
- Develop, document, and implement procedures for Middleware Messaging products support
- Develop growth plans to ensure that the hosting environment is capable of supporting the projected growth
- Investigate and resolve technical issues related to application hosting infrastructure
- Perform SSL Certificate management
- Responsible for system setup, backup & restore, software installation and patch upgrade
- Degree or about in Information Technology / Computer Science or other related discipline
- At least 6 years working experience in IT field, preferable with Middleware / UNIX server support experience
- Knowledge of installation and configuration of the Middleware Messaging products such as MQ Client Server, Websphere Broker, WTX / ITX
- Administrative Knowledge with practical hands-on of Middleware Messaging products on multiple platforms such as Linux, UNIX and Solaris
- Mule/ DataPower/ ActiveMQ/ RabbitMQ/ Kafka/ Solace knowledge would be an advantage
- SSL certificate management knowledge and implementation.
- Experiences in common scripting tools (shell, perl, python)
- Detail oriented with good analytic skilll
