Operator
- Perform the system and jobs monitoring
- Daily operational support, including system health check, batch job processing, report printing and backup tape handling
- Perform hardware and software installation, configuration and troubleshooting service
- Responsible for the system health check and backup
- Monitor and Control the IT services and IT infrastructure.
- Handle the hotline, service desk services and problem escalation
- Execute daily batch jobs
- Shift duties may required based on business request
- Higher Diploma or above in Information technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
- At least 1 year operation experience in supporting Unix based systems (IBM AIX, Oracle Solaris, etc.) and Windows platform in a high-availability and cluster environment
- Basic PC troubleshooting skills would be an advantage
- Good computer knowledge, communication skills and telephone manner
