  • Perform server administration including system setup, backup & restore and upgrades
  • Install new software releases, evaluate and install patches and resolve software and OS related problems
  • Support End-user mailbox migration from on-premise to O365 Exchange online
  • Perform End-user Profile and Application & Device Security Policy Enablement
  • Perform network administration on routers, switches and other network appliances
  • Participate in Business Continuation/Disaster Recovery infrastructure planning, building, and testing, if necessary
  • High Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology related discipline
  • 2-5 year of working experience in user support
  • Have hands on experience in supporting O365, including Email, SharePoint, Skype, etc.
  • Knowledge in Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services is highly preferred
  • Microsoft Certified Engineer would be an advantage
  • Good command of English and Chinese with good interpersonal skill
