  • Provide first-level network administration and maintenance task
  • Perform restore router/ switch configuration
  • Lay network patch cord
  • Troubleshoot connectivity
  • Record technical issues and solutions in logs
  • Monitor healthiness and performance of the equipment
  • Perform the change request on the networking equipment
  • High Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in infrastructure administration and support
  • Familiar with the LAN & WAN platforms, systems and monitoring tools and security product
  • In-depth knowledge in Cisco products
  • Holder of CCNA / CCNP will be an advantage
  • Candidate with more experience will be consider as SENIOR NETWORK ENGINEER
