  • Plan, Design, Configuration and Implement on Network and Infrastructure
  • Operational Support and Troubleshooting
  • Maintain the Network integrity and security
  • Record technical issues and solutions in logs
  • Report customer feedback and potential product requests
  • Provide consultancy and troubleshooting for network security problems
  • Project implementation, changes and consultancy of firewalls in enterprise corporate network infrastructures
  • Help create technical documentation and manuals
  • Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Sciences or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years experiences in PaloAlto/Fortinet/Juniper enterprise firewall
  • Hand-on experiences in firewall deployment projects and Cisco product configuration
  • Knowledge on data network like router / switch / firewall
  • Understanding of network protocols and standard such as Ethernet, TCP/IP, BGP etc.
  • Certification Holder of CCNA / CCNP /Juniper/Fortinet/PaloAlto is preferred
  • Good command of English and Chinese with good interpersonal skill
