Network Engineer
- Provide tier 1 and 2 support to network equipment such as troubleshooting and fault isolation
- Perform network administration function such as performance and traffic monitoring and health checking
- Carry out installation and configuration duties for Router, Switches or others network equipment
- Perform the change request upon to request such as switch configuration and firewall rules modification
- Coordinate with both internal and external parties for matters related to IT infrastructure
- High Diploma or above in Information Technology / Computer Science or related disciplines
- 2-3-year experience in network support field
- Hands on experience in Cisco / Juniper / Hauwei products installation and configuration
- Experience in network trouble-shooting
- Familiar with network monitoring products such as Solarwinds / PRTG
- Familiar with Firewall product such as Juniper / FortiGate / Palo Alto / Checkpoint
- CCNA holder is highly preferable
- Candidate with more experience will be consider as SENIOR NETWORK ENGINEER
