  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and configuration problems in PCs, notebooks and network printers
  • Provide on time support to end users
  • Install and configure PC hardware / software
  • Supporting standard OA applications, desktop software application and email system
  • Trouble shoot PC related devices and escalate problem if needed
  • Higher Diploma or above in Information technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
  • 0-2 years working experience in IT related Industry; hands on experience in Helpdesk/ Deskside / Server Support
  • MCP/MCITP/MCSE holder would be an advantage
  • Fresh Grad also Welcome, candidates with more experience will be consider as “Senior IT Support Engineer” or “VIP Support”
