  • Provide on time support to internal end users to ensure smooth operation;
  • Install and configure PC hardware / software according to users request;
  • Trouble shoot PC related devices and report to supervisor if needed;
  • Provide incident support and solutions for end users if needed
  • Assist in system documents preparation
  • Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent discipline;
  • 0-2 years working experience in IT related Industry;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill;
  • A team player that able to work independently;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
