Deskside Engineer
- Provide installation, maintenance, upgrade and relocation services on desktop hardware, software and applications
- Trouble shoot / maintain PCs and Office IT equipments such as Printers and IP Phones
- Setup and configure desktop or networking devices and provide technical support
- Install / upgrade both hardware and software according to users’ requests
- Escalate users inquires to server / network support team if needed
- Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Sciences or other related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT related industry
- Hands on experience on supporting Microsoft Windows
- Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Fresh Grad also Welcome, candidates with more experience will be consider as “Deskside Specialist” or ” VIP Support”
