Helpdesk Support Specialist
- Handle users enquires and provide technical guidance via phone or email
- Log users enquires and reported incidents in ticketing system
- Perform remote trouble-shooting and escalate incidents to tier 2 engineer
- Diploma or above in Information technology / Computer Science or related disciplines
- Familiar with Windows PC and office applications support, hands on IT Support experience is highly preferable
- Willing to learn, passionate in IT area
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal skill
- Fresh graduate is also welcome
