  • Handle users enquires and provide technical guidance via phone or email
  • Log users enquires and reported incidents in ticketing system
  • Perform remote trouble-shooting and escalate incidents to tier 2 engineer
  • Diploma or above in Information technology / Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Familiar with Windows PC and office applications support, hands on IT Support experience is highly preferable
  • Willing to learn, passionate in IT area
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal skill
  • Fresh graduate is also welcome
