  • Support office equipment such as printer, telephony system and AV system
  • Escalate incidents to senior support
  • Diploma or above in Information technology / Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Familiar with Windows PC and office applications support, hands on IT Support experience is highly preferable
  • Willing to learn, passionate in IT area
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal skill
  • Fresh graduate is also welcome
