  • Provide technical support to ensure company smooth operation
  • Support both PCs software and hardware (including installation, configuration and trouble-shooting)
  • Perform server / network administration such as health checking, performance monitoring and incident escalation
  • Support mobile devices (e.g. smartphone, tablets and laptops) and office equipment (e.g. AV equipment, IP phone and printer)
  • Diploma or above in Information technology / Computer Science or related disciplines
  • 1-3 years working experience in IT related Industry; hands on experience in IT field is highly preferable
  • Familiar with Windows PC and office applications
  • Willing to learn, passionate in IT support area
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal skill
  • Fresh graduate is also welcome, candidates with more experience will be consider as “Senior IT Support Engineer”
