Project Consultant
- Develop, define and execute project plans, project scope, activities, schedules, budgets and deliverables
- Plans and coordinates all aspects of I.T. projects from initiation through delivery
- Identify necessary resources for projects, defines and assigns major project roles
- Identify project issues and risks, perform risk management to minimize project risks and develop effective resolutions
- Manage activity progress to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams, internal organizations as well as vendor organizations, to ensure all project targets and requirements are met
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent discipline
- Around 3-6 years project management experience
- Knowledge in project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines
- Holder of Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE II would be an advantage
- Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills
- Good team player with strong analytical and trouble shooting skills
- Effective communication skills in both verbal and written English
