Automation Developer / Consultant
- Facilitating workshops; working with process owners/SMEs and technology teams to analyse and assess automation feasibility
- Implementing automation with RPA software to deliver against business requirements, software and industry best practices
- Carrying out research and develop artificial intelligence components to augment RPA capabilities.
- Carrying out end-to-end testing, troubleshooting and training of robots and programmed automations
- Documenting business requirements, solution design, process maps, work instructions and operational manuals, and also reports for business process improvement and benefit realization
- Supporting change management of existing processes
- Build up good bonding with partners/vendors and clients
- Staying updated on key technology trends therefore impressing customers with our new trend knowledge
- Degree or above in Computer Science / Information Technology or other related disciplines
- At least 1 year RPA background with proven experience
- Strong software engineering foundation (C#, VB, .Net)
- Strong in documentation, process analysis and design, requirement gathering and impact analysis
- Passion and appreciation for IT capabilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
- Strong commitment to professional and service excellence
- Good communication skills in both oral/written to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge and experience of:
- - process capture tools such as Blueworks live;
- - business processing modelling such as BPMN 2.0
- - RPA Tools such as Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Workfusion, Openspan
