  • Provide tier 1 support to users via phone call and email
  • Perform remote troubleshooting on PC software in Windows OS environment
  • Log all users’ technical enquiries in ticketing system and follow up cases
  • Escalate incidents to tier 2 support
  • Diploma or above in Information technology / Computer Science or related disciplines
  • 1-3 years working experience in IT related Industry; hands on experience in IT field is highly preferable
  • Familiar with Windows OS and office application (including MS Office / Outlook Email System)
  • Willing to learn, passionate in IT support area
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal skill
  • Fresh graduate is also welcome
