  • Provide professional technical support and solution to internal users to ensure smooth operation
  • Trouble shoot / maintain PCs and Office IT equipments such as Printers and IP Phones
  • Install / upgrade both hardware and software according to users’ requests
  • Escalate users inquires to server / network support team if needed
  • Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent discipline;
  • 0-2 years working experience in IT related Industry;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Fresh Grad also Welcome, candidates with more experience will be consider as “IT Support Advisory” or ” VIP Support
