System Support Engineer
- Provide technical support to both backend and frontend environment including headquarter, resilience site and remote offices
- Provide support to LINUX / UNIX Server and SAN storage including system setup, backup & restore, software installation and patch upgrade
- Configuring and managing applications running on LINUX / UNIX environment
- and performance tuning
- Responsible for system troubleshooting, problem isolation and fixing if needed
- Assist in technical documents preparation and maintenance
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 3 years experience on LINUX / UNIX Server administration and support
- Basic knowledge in LINUX / UNIX scripting
- Detail orientated, able to work independently
- Willing to work on roaster basis
- Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Candidate with more experience will be consider as Senior System Consultant
- Hands on SAN device of EMC DMX3 support experience will be an advantage
- Holder of UNIX Administration Certification is preferable
