  • Provide 7 x 24 technical support to ensure Data Centre smooth operation
  • Conduct system monitoring, health checking backup and escalate incident to infra support team
  • Monitor the facilities, computer systems’ health status, and scheduled batch execution
  • Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Sciences or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT related industry; preferably with data centre support experience
  • Good inter-personal skill, able to work independently
  • Willing to work on roster basis
  • Fresh Grad also Welcome
