IT Support (Helpdesk / Deskside) (5 days work)
- Provide IT Technical Support to office users on PCs, Laptops, Printers and Mobile Devices (working hours: Mon to Fri; 9 am to 6 pm)
- Analyze and troubleshoot PC software and hardware problems
- Timely report and update the job status to the team leader
- Diploma in computer science or equivalent, fresh Graduates will also be consider as Junior Deskside Support Customer Engineer
- Experience in Windows support, hardware/software support
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
