Middleware Support Specialist
- Maintain Middleware Messaging products and services and support client applications
- Develop, document, and implement procedures for Middleware Messaging products support
- Develop growth plans to ensure that the hosting environment is capable of supporting the projected growth
- Investigate and resolve technical issues related to application hosting infrastructure
- Responsible for system setup, backup & restore, software installation and patch upgrade
- Diploma or above in Information Technology / Computer Science or other related discipline
- At least 3 years working experience in IT field, preferable with Middleware support experience
- Knowledge of installation and configuration of the Middleware Messaging products such as, WebSphere, WebLogic Application Server, JBOSS
- Administrative Knowledge with practical hands-on of Middleware Messaging products on multiple platforms such as Linux, UNIX and Windows
- SSL certificate management knowledge and implementation.
- Detail oriented with good analytic skill
