  • Communicate with both internal and external parties to ensure good customer service is delivered to the customers
  • Provide customer service to client
  • Handle complaints, enquiries, emergency cases from clients & contractor
  • Diploma or above in Business / Marketing or relevant discipline
  • Around 1-2 year of experiences in office/project administrational functions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to deal with stakeholders in different levels
  • Good command in both Chinese and English, also English writing skills
  • Proficient in MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong Analysis and critical thinking skills are required
  • Strong presentation skills would be an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome (might be consider as junior project administrator)
