Customer Service Officer
- Communicate with both internal and external parties to ensure good customer service is delivered to the customers
- Provide customer service to client
- Handle complaints, enquiries, emergency cases from clients & contractor
- Diploma or above in Business / Marketing or relevant discipline
- Around 1-2 year of experiences in office/project administrational functions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to deal with stakeholders in different levels
- Good command in both Chinese and English, also English writing skills
- Proficient in MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong Analysis and critical thinking skills are required
- Strong presentation skills would be an advantage
- Fresh graduates are also welcome (might be consider as junior project administrator)
