System Engineer (Government Sector)
- Responsible for IT support include hardware diagnostic, operating system, software installation, and troubleshooting
- Install, configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows 2008/2012/2016 and Linux servers
- Perform server administration including system setup, backup & restore and upgrades Responsible for system troubleshooting and performance tuning
- Install new software releases, evaluate and install patches and resolve software and OS related problems
- Maintain and support the Software Dispatch and Software Assets Management System
- Higher Diploma or above in Information technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of working experience in IT related industry
- Experience with Window Server/AD/Lotus Notes/Linux system
- MCSA/MCSE/MCTS holder would be an advantage
- Knowledge in managing software dispatch management system using System Center Configuration Manager;
- Lotus Notes/PC Support and Linux system; knowledge and working experience in managing system monitoring tools
