  • Maintaining and monitoring the availability of all computer systems & network within Datacenters and Office Computer rooms
  • Maintaining and monitoring the availability of Voice and Contact Center Phone System
  • Monitoring and reporting all computer security or virus-related incidents
  • Managing security patch for all computer systems and network devices
  • Managing IT Infrastructure projects with Suppliers and Application team
  • Providing support documentation, including procedural manuals, to ensure that computer operation & helpdesk processes in compliance with corporate IT policy & standard
  • Diploma or above in Information Technology / Computer Science or other related disciplines
  • At least 4 years of related experience in IT Network and infrastructure
  • Experience in network maintenance including LAN, WAN, VPN, MPLS
  • CCNP/CCNA holder is preferable
  • Hands on experience on Window and Linux System (Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, RedHat Linux), VMware, SAN Storage system, Microsoft O365 Email System
  • Experience in Cisco CUCM call logging systems would be an advantage
  • Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
